Privacy policy
This policy explains how Shubh Developers (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit the Shubh Veda website or submit an enquiry. We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.
1. Who we are

2. What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, mobile number, the configuration you are interested in (3, 4 or 4.5 BHK) and the type of request (site visit or price sheet).
- Campaign details: the advertising or campaign parameters in the link you arrived from (for example utm_source, utm_campaign, gclid, fbclid), the page you submitted from, the first page you landed on and the referring website.
- Technical details: IP address, browser type and the time of your enquiry, used for security and to prevent spam.
- Cookies: a short-lived session cookie that protects the enquiry form, and, where enabled, analytics and advertising cookies from Google and Meta (see section 6).
3. Why we use it
- To call, SMS or WhatsApp you about Shubh Veda, arrange your site visit and share pricing and project information you asked for.
- To understand which campaigns bring enquiries and improve our advertising.
- To keep the website and forms secure and free from abuse.
- To meet legal, regulatory and RERA obligations.
We rely on the consent you give when you tick the box on our enquiry form. You can withdraw it at any time (see section 8).
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us respond to you, such as our CRM, email, telephony and messaging providers, website hosting, and analytics or advertising platforms, each bound to use it only on our instructions. We may also disclose it where the law requires.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up on your interest, and for up to [24] months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or you become a customer.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The essential form-security cookie is removed when you close your browser. If analytics or advertising tags (such as Google Tag Manager, Google Ads or Meta Pixel) are enabled, they may set cookies to measure visits and enquiries. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work.
7. How we protect it
Enquiries are sent over an encrypted connection, the form is protected against automated abuse, and access to enquiry records is limited to staff and providers who need it.
8. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate another person to exercise your rights. To stop calls or messages, just tell the person who contacts you or write to us. You may also raise a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.
